Office

The CHS Mental Health Services Centre is staffed by a team of psychologists, psychotherapists and psychiatrists. This professional team, who work under the CHS umbrella as self-employed practitioners, are supported by an administrative team who all give their time on a voluntary unpaid basis. The administrative team provides office cover from 10:00 until 16:00, Mon-Fri. (10:00 – 13:00 in July and August). To this team of volunteers we offer:

• An initial training period to learn the job
• The opportunity to join a team of people from all over the world who bring to CHS a wide variety of professional expertise, interests and skills. There is a friendly open atmosphere and the work done by the office volunteers is valued.
• Although we ask for a firm time commitment, there is an understanding that people will not always be available and every effort is made to fit in with individuals’ family/travel/holiday commitments.
• A small per diem is paid to help cover travel/lunch costs.
